Bob and Ria wanted a small wedding with close family and friends. While I was there as a friend first and foremost, I also had the
pressure pleasure of documenting their big day. I arrived in Baguio a day before the wedding and joined them as they rushed through the final preparations. We went around using “Boyet” – Ria’s beloved i10, who also did double duties as the bridal car.
Being an intimate affair, there were lots of exciting moments to be had. Family finishing up the misalets on wedding eve. Ninangs wrapping up the giveaways meant for them. Some wardrobe hiccups. Getting enlightened on the (supposed) intricacies of the “Spanish” and “American” wedding march variations. The list goes on.
Through it all, we did have fun. And they did get married. And that’s all that matters.
Thanks to Bob and Ria for a very wonderful weekend.
